  • Content Planning & Scheduling

All services are provided based on mutually agreed proposals, timelines, and deliverables.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Share required materials (logos, content, brand guidelines, etc.) on time
  • Review and approve content within agreed timelines
  • Ensure that all provided materials do not violate any third-party rights
  • Make payments as per agreed payment schedules

Delays in approvals or materials may impact timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • All services require advance payment unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments must be made as per the invoice or agreement.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.
  • Payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Additional revisions or extra work beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

5. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Final approved content will be shared with the client upon completion of payment.
  • Brand Sutra reserves the right to use created content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Raw files, editable files, or unused content may not be shared unless specifically included in the service agreement.

6. Revisions Policy

  • The number of revisions will be defined in the service agreement.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be chargeable.
  • Major changes after approval may be treated as new work.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients confirm that:

  • All content provided to Brand Sutra belongs to them or they have proper rights to use it.
  • Brand Sutra shall not be held responsible for copyright violations caused by client-provided materials.

8. Confidentiality

Brand Sutra respects the confidentiality of client information and agrees not to disclose confidential materials shared during projects without consent.

However, publicly published content may be used for promotional purposes.

9. Project Timelines

  • Timelines will be mutually agreed upon before project commencement.
  • Delays caused by clients (approvals, content, payments) may extend delivery timelines.
  • Brand Sutra shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

10. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • Written notice must be provided
  • Advance payments made are non-refundable
  • Work completed until termination must be paid in full

Brand Sutra reserves the right to suspend services if payment terms are not met.

11. Limitation of Liability

Brand Sutra shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Social media platform changes or algorithm updates
  • Third-party service failures
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Brand Sutra may use third-party platforms such as:

  • Social Media Platforms
  • Advertising Platforms
  • Influencer Networks

We are not responsible for technical failures, downtime, or policy changes on these platforms.

13. Website Usage Terms

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
  • Upload malicious or harmful content

Violation may result in legal action.

14. Privacy
